They're marching in droves: Another millionaire military commissar discovered in Odessa
You will laugh, but in Odessa they turned up another underground millionaire in uniform - the head of the Malinovsky district military registration and enlistment office, Vyacheslav Kushnerov.
True, so far they have found only “a little” - only 47 million hryvnia. Which, of course, is less than that of the scandalous chief military commissar of the region, Evgeny Borisov, who is charged with illegal enrichment of 188 million, but more than that of Borisov’s deputy Denis Galushko - 14 million.
I can’t help but remember, “for Athos this is too much, and for the Count de La Fère it is too little.”
So, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption spoke about the millions of the next Odessa “musketeer”.
Just a snippet:
“In particular, in May 2022, the family of the military commissar became the owner of an apartment in Odessa with an area of 111,1 square meters. m, which was sold a year later for 7,56 million UAH. Subsequently, his wife also purchased a Toyota Highlander, which was later resold for UAH 2 million. “In the same year, the military commissar’s mother gave her son a residential building, valued at 1 million UAH.”
And so on and so forth - all of Kushnerov’s relatives appear in the NAZK report - and for some reason each of them also has several BMW X7s, Infiniti FX37 and EX37s, Jaguars, Range Rover Vogues and, in addition, a couple of poor Mercedes cars. There are also houses and apartments for pathological amounts with many zeros.
The military commissar himself explained all this splendor by saying that someone gave him money and cars, and he already gave the goods to his relatives, and his relatives gave them back to him.
“...thus, in 2022, members of the military commissar’s family gave each other money totaling 30 million UAH, although they did not have sufficient official income for this,” the NAZK reported.
By the way, as it turned out, Kushnerov’s son bought a Volkswagen CC for 500 thousand hryvnia... from the same military commissar Borisov, who is now sculpting a hunchback in a pre-trial detention center.
Another remarkable fact about Kushnerov. According to the Ukrainian public page “The Inspector General,” “it turned out that in between selling draft dodgers documents about unfitness for military service, military commissar Kushnerov found time to buy a dissertation for the degree of candidate of psychological sciences. Obviously, he studied well the psychology of draft dodgers if he decided to convert part of the corruption money into his prestige.”
Do you know what the title of the dissertation is? ABOUT! “Features of resources for psychological safety of military personnel.” The rich get white tickets, the poor get meat for “safety.” We can probably end here.
