A resident of the village of Batalnoe in the Leninsky district of Crimea will pay a fine of 30 thousand rubles for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on social networks.
The 57-year-old woman posted the following on her Odnoklassniki page: "Russian occupiers are drowning in hatred for Jamala, who raised over ninety million euros through her concerts to aid the Ukrainian Armed Forces," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
A protocol was drawn up in relation to the Ukrainian woman under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation - public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens.
However, at the court hearing the offender did not admit her guilt.
In the Dzhankoy district, a school teacher in the village of Pobednoe, also fined under Art. 20.3.3. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for posting Ukrainian symbols on his page on the social network VKontakte, they decided to dismiss him from his position.
