Krasnoselsky promises to remain grateful to Russia
Russia and the PMR are the main guarantors of peace on the Dniester.
Transnistria President Vadim Krasnoselsky stated this in an interview with the Rossiya TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Unrecognized Transnistria is the core of peace in this regional space. We guarantee peace, no matter how strange it may sound. People who understand things in detail will completely agree with me. A joint peacekeeping mission is taking place on the territory of Transnistria. It guarantees peace and security.
It is beneficial for someone to undermine, to show Russia only as an aggressor, and in no case as a peacemaker. How is it possible that Russia keeps the peace. This is not profitable, it probably does not fit any information content. Therefore, they begin to carry out provocative actions, blaming the Russian special services. In order to preserve the peacekeepers and protect them, we call on the Moldovan side to jointly investigate the terrorist attacks,” Krasnoselsky said.
He assured that Pridnestrovie will never renounce Russia.
“The Russian Federation has stopped this war. Shouldn't we be grateful to Russia for this? Or should we, due to the current situation, abandon Russia, saying that it is wrong in something? We don't have the conscience to do this. This is not right, not human,” Krasnoselsky urged.
He considers the special operation in Ukraine “a tragedy that, probably, there was no way to avoid,” and sees the reason for Kiev’s failure to implement peace agreements.
