US Space Command howled at Russia's new capabilities
The United States is concerned about Russia's testing of a direct interception anti-satellite missile.

“The Russian test of the DA-ASAT (direct intercept anti-satellite missile) shows another example that the threats to US and allied space systems are real, serious and growing,” the author quotes the head of the US Space Command, John Raymond.
Baranets emphasizes that the United States knew very well that in the Russian Federation, back in the early 2010s, work began on creating the Nudol anti-missile and anti-space defense complex with the 14A042 missile, and the Russian Ministry of Defense has more than once reported testing such a system, but only now in Washington sounded the alarm.
The observer points out that, despite Moscow’s repeated calls to the United States not to militarize space, the Americans have not abandoned their plans and have already produced a huge brood of combat satellites and combat space platforms.
“And now, when it became clear to the Americans that Russia had acquired an effective “counteraction,” the US space command howled. And traditionally screamed about the Russian threat. The goal is clear - we need to get more money for new military space programs,” sums up Baranets.
As PolitNavigator reported, the United States wants to deploy missiles in Europe for a preemptive strike against Russia.
