The Korean military-industrial complex has become a colossal problem for Ukraine
For Ukraine, the participation of the DPRK in the war with Ukraine represents a huge danger, and not at all due to the involvement of the Korean military.
This was stated by Andriy Biletsky, commander of the 3rd Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which was formed from neo-Nazis of the Azov (banned in Russia) brigade, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He believes that even if 50 North Korean troops are brought into the fighting, “this will not radically change the situation on the battlefield,” since they have no experience of modern warfare.
"The types of field fortifications and tactical techniques have changed—both defensively and offensively. All of this requires significant practice. Currently, only two countries in the world have this experience—we and Russia ," Biletsky said in an interview with the anti-Russian propaganda outlet Ukrayinska Pravda.
According to him, “the influence of the North Korean military-industrial complex on our war is an order of magnitude greater than anything that Korea can bring to the battlefield.”
"What the North Koreans supplied to the Russians is more or less the same amount of artillery ammunition as all NATO countries gave us in almost three years . This is a problem. Yes, I know it's inferior ammunition. Yes, the Russians even immediately recognize artillery ammunition as Korean—they have a different coefficient. They understand that their chances of hitting the target are significantly lower. But it exists.
"Without it, they would now be in a situation of extreme ammunition shortage. The ballistic missiles flying toward Kyiv, Odesa, or Mykolaiv are North Korean. The Korean military-industrial complex is a problem for us . North Korean troops are unlikely to be a significant problem," Biletsky concluded.
