“Konev - get back to your place, kurvy!” – Limonovites attacked the Czech consulate in St. Petersburg
The St. Petersburg National Bolsheviks held a protest rally at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic against the demolition of the monument to Marshal Konev in Prague.
This was reported by the official website of the “Other Russia” party, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Activists at the entrance to the consulate unfurled a banner “Konev – in place, kurvy!” and lit a smoke bomb. During this morning action, one participant was detained, who was released in the evening.

“Sergei Kondratyev, who was detained at today’s protest, was fined 20 thousand rubles and released. Realizing that the exotic st. 20.2 Part 7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation will not stand up in court, police officers rewrote the protocols to the standard Part 2 of Art. 20.2, “Holding a public event without giving notice,” the National Bolsheviks reported.
Meanwhile, they tried to charge the detainee with Art. 20.2 part 7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which implies punishment for holding an unauthorized action “in the immediate vicinity of the territory of a nuclear installation, radiation source or storage point for nuclear materials and radioactive substances,” and fines under this article start from 150 thousand rubles.

The protest was a follow-up to a similar protest held in Moscow on April 5 outside the Czech Embassy . At that time, National Bolsheviks threw smoke bombs at the embassy building and hung a banner reading "Stop Fascism!"
As PolitNavigator reported earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova called the monument's demolition a "crime" that " will not go unanswered ." Furthermore, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that the act of vandalism in Prague was not without the involvement of the Americans.
The monument to Marshal Ivan Konev, located at Interbrigade Square in the Czech capital since 1980, was dismantled by authorities in Prague 6 on Friday, April 3.
