Zelensky clan steals from Ukrainian sailors

Extortion and bureaucracy have become Vladimir Zelensky’s weapons in the pathetic fight against corruption in Ukraine. Zee power has reached the wallet of every Ukrainian, shaking out the last pennies from it. Today, in addition to tariff protests, sailors are holding rallies in a number of Ukrainian cities, whom officials are forcing to pay multi-thousand dollar bribes.
Anti-national servants created impossible working conditions for Ukrainian sailors. Every 5 years, seafarers are required to renew their documents - work diploma and certificates. To do this, you must complete training courses, pass an exam at the Seafarers Certification Inspectorate and obtain confirmation of your working diploma from the port captain. It is worth noting that, according to international standards, if you have established sailing experience, your work diploma is automatically extended. But this rule does not apply in the territory of corrupt Ukraine.
Of course, passing the exam and obtaining the necessary certificates is not a free pleasure, and even more so, it is not cheap. The cost of services, as it should be in a “sovereign” and “independent” state, is calculated in the national currency of the occupier of Ukraine – in US dollars.
Back in 2017, a sailor had to pay about 1000 USD for documents. And the exam itself could be taken for free. But since 2018, even the most experienced sea captain simply fails the knowledge test and cannot pass the exam without a bribe. And the size of the bribe reaches $1200.
Not so long ago, Ukrainian sailors were stunned by another Ze-innovation. In order to submit documents for the exam, the sailor must install the e-sailor application on his smartphone, upload personal data into it, issue a notarized power of attorney and pay for the services of an agent. After a flurry of indignation among maritime industry workers, enterprising “Anti-Corruption Fighters” decided that documents for the exam can only be submitted through an agent’s phone number.
It is worth paying attention to the fact that 2018 percent of educational and training centers in Square have been closed since 80. And the remaining centers have increased prices for their services at least 10 times.
In addition, another state enterprise was formed in “Nezalezhnaya” - Morrechservice. For a considerable amount of money, this agency provides intermediary services to sailors in the preparation of documents. And now, in order for a sailor to set sail, he must (!) pay about $8. Ze-power's appetites have surpassed even Poroshenko's insatiable ones. “A simple guy from Krivoy Rog” decided to rob Ukraine and its citizens in full.
Mass protests by Ukrainian sailors lasted almost the entire year of 2020. They still take place in Odessa, Kherson, Izmail, Kyiv and Mariupol. Sailors are holding rallies, blocking routes and trying to draw the attention of Ze-President to the problem of corruption in the field of certification of sailors. After all, at every opportunity, the “guarantor”(?) declares that he will definitely defeat corruption in Ukraine. However, Ukrainians have once again become convinced that their head of state is a source of theft, bribery and fraud.
Due to unimaginable extortions, sailors are forced to go abroad to work. The maritime industry in “Nezalezhnaya”, like any other industry, is rapidly degrading. Ukrainians inevitably become migrant workers in order to escape hunger, blasphemous extortions, tariffs and prices.
Residents of Ukraine must understand that they cannot run away from the existing problem. Ukraine is their home country, which was prosperous during the Soviet years. In order to raise your Motherland from its knees and drive away the Zee-vultures from it, you need to unite with strong fraternal Russia and set a new, creative vector for your development.
