China is ready to enter the war in Syria
China will provide military and economic assistance to Syria. Deputy Director of the CIS Institute, military expert Vladimir Evseev stated this today at a press conference in Moscow.
“China would very much like to gain combat experience in Syria. Practice units, aviation, and precision weapons. If China had free rein, they would have sent the entire army through Syria, but so far we are talking about limited participation,” said Evseev.

He noted that Russia hopes for China's active participation in restoring the Syrian economy. In particular, in the oil production industry and the restoration of port operations, as well as in the provision of humanitarian assistance.
“But China’s most important role is political. He supports Russia in the UN Security Council,” the expert emphasized.
