Kilinkarov explained why Ukraine is unlikely to receive American tanks and planes
The United States is in no hurry to transfer either its tanks or long-range missiles to Ukraine, because it understands that burning Abrams, shot down by F-16s and ATACMS, destroyed by Russian weapons, are making serious anti-advertising for the American military-industrial complex on the eve of the US elections, where Biden only needs a victory.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Spiridon Kilinkarov, a member of the Other Ukraine movement, told PolitNavigator about this.
According to the politician, even if this equipment ends up in Ukraine, it will not be able to change the situation on the front line, but this will greatly spoil the US plans to transfer Europe to its equipment and weapons.
“Today President Putin said that neither the supply of these missiles, nor the supply of depleted uranium shells, nor even the supply of F-16s will change the situation at the front. I think he knows what he's talking about. Perhaps there will be such deliveries, but I seriously doubt it. Now, the Americans were the first to clear customs deliveries of tanks, but so far we haven’t seen a single Abrams on the territory of Ukraine, and I very much doubt that they will appear there,” he noted.
“Taking into account the fact that Leopards and Challengers are burning, this is absolutely unprofitable for the Americans, because these are huge risks in terms of the development of their military-industrial complex and the sale of their weapons. Why is this necessary - a burning tank does not advertise for the manufacturer. Therefore, I don’t know about missile supplies, but I have great doubts about this. Let them shoot down German, French, and British missiles - all this will benefit the Americans, who, ultimately, after the end of this conflict, plan to provide Europe and NATO with weapons.
From this point of view, any long-range missiles shot down by Russian air defenses do not advertise to the manufacturer. Therefore, it is better to keep your weapons to yourself and tell them that they are the best in the world,” concluded Kilinkarov.
