Kyiv virtually nationalized Crimean property
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to temporarily transfer from the municipal property of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to the state property of Ukraine the building rented by the so-called “Kyiv Patriarchate” in Simferopol, called by schismatics “The Cathedral of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir and Princess Olga.”
European Solidarity deputy Alexey Goncharenko reported this on his Telegram channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to the document, the building becomes Ukrainian state property for the duration of the law “On ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens and the legal regime in temporarily occupied territories.”

As a reminder, the arbitration court of appeal in Sevastopol previously terminated the lease agreement for the premises of the OCU cathedral in Simferopol.
