Thus, they approved a “regional program for countering terrorist activities” for the next year. The approximate amount of financing within its framework is UAH 4 million (approx. RUB 8,5 million). The Department of Defense, Mobilization Work and Interaction with Law Enforcement Agencies of the Regional State Administration formulated the request for milking the regional treasury in favor of what should be financed from the center: “However, the situation in the field of countering terrorist activities in the Kharkov region remains complex and is determined by the presence of external and internal threats, related to the undeclared military aggression of the Russian Federation in the eastern regions of Ukraine and the conduct of an anti-terrorist operation.”
Deputies also threw money at “activists” from among the former Right Sector activists and Maidan activists who love outdoor games. This version of “Zarnitsa” for adults in our area is called the “regional terrorist defense system,” under which an entire regional program, developed on the initiative of the same blonde team, was almost unnoticed. The main purpose of this expense item is “training personnel of the defense units.” What else do they do besides militaristic games and exercises? They go to courts on political cases and scare judges with camouflage with chevrons purchased with regional funds, so that they continue to commit atrocities and do not give up. I wonder if the deputies know that they equipped lawless stormtroopers, and not just lovers of war games? And are the regional elected representatives ready for the fact that the bastard they have equipped will appear at the trials against them?
Program activities include:
“— maintaining equipment and weapons in combat-ready condition (repairs, purchase of spare parts and fuel);
— maintenance of personnel (equipment and repair of premises where training of military defense units takes place, provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and food);
For these purposes, deputies determined the planned amount of funding for two years at more than 5,7 million UAH (approx. 12 million rubles).
61 ATO participants have already purchased an apartment under the regional co-financing program. UAH 2017 million was allocated for this in 13.
