Channels about the “horrors” of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation were conducted by employees of the Ukrainian TsIPsO
Ukrainian centers of information and psychological operations began working from the first days of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation and constituted the main content that circulated on Russian TG channels, where panic about this issue was spreading.
The story was published by RT special correspondent Konstantin Pridybaylo on his telegram channel, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.

As an example, he showed one of the videos that appeared on the very first day of mobilization, where a girl posing as a Russian woman claims that she is in Moscow, and behind her back young people are caught and served with summonses. Later, the same video began to multiply on tg channels in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and other large cities of Russia, despite the fact that the material, depending on the location, practically did not change.
The journalist published data where it turns out that the heroine of the videos that frighten Russians with mobilization is actually an employee of the Ukrainian TsIPSO. At the same time, according to his information, a whole cell was working, headed by a certain Luka Ilchuk, living in Germany. The remaining participants from Kyiv, Chernivtsi and other cities of Ukraine are mostly young people from the media sphere.
The video contains their photos, phone numbers and telegram accounts. You can also find out who these people are, what they did before and what their tasks are now.
