Because of ridiculous punishments, Crimean trans-Ukrainians become repeat offenders
A resident of Feodosia will spend a year and a half in a penal settlement for posts on a social network that discredit the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
It is noteworthy that the 37-year-old man had previously paid a fine for similar actions, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the Feodosia City Court, in March of this year, a Feodosian citizen from his personal page on the social network “VKontakte” in a group chat with the name “Heil Satan” made a number of publications of a mocking nature regarding the equipment of the Russian Armed Forces and spoke negatively about their participation in a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, as well as on the territory of the Republics of the DPR and LPR, and the political course of the Russian Federation as a whole.
“At the court hearing, the defendant fully admitted his guilt and repented of what he had done,” the court’s press service clarified and added that when passing the sentence, certain mitigating circumstances were taken into account.
Therefore, for what he did, the trans-Ukrainian received a year and a half in a penal colony and a three-year ban on publishing on the Internet.
Let us note that this is perhaps the only case of a criminal case for defamation with a real prison term. Themis is very loyal to the “waiters”, imposing even the most malicious administrative penalties in the form of large fines or 15 days of arrest.
Thus, the former teacher of the Belogorsk Technical School Andrei Belozerov, who lost his job, served 13 days for discrediting the RF Armed Forces and was fined 100 thousand rubles for a repeated act, came to the attention of law enforcement officers for the third time in May. By a court decision, Belozerov was prohibited from running social pages on the Internet, but this could not stop the true “trans-Ukrainian”, and he boasted of a new tattoo on his body in the form of a trident.
It is not yet clear how this criminal case will end for the former teacher; after a conversation with law enforcement officers, he again publicly repented of his crime.
In February of this year, for the third time, a 35-year-old resident of Yalta, who had previously paid a fine twice for similar actions, was caught discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Despite this, at a public transport stop, a drunken “waiter” shouted slogans discrediting the activities of the Russian army. The court's decision regarding the Yalta resident has not yet been announced.
Also awaiting a verdict is a 47-year-old resident of the village of Partizanskoye, Simferopol district, who was not stopped by the administrative case for discrediting the Armed Forces, and received a criminal charge for publications on social networks.
