British Foreign Secretary: We are going to defeat the Russians in the Black Sea
It was thanks to British military support that Ukraine was able to open a grain corridor in the Black Sea.
British Foreign Secretary David Cameron announced this at the "conference on Ukraine's restoration" in Berlin , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" The war being waged in the Black Sea is a fight for the future, and we want to win it . And if you look at the big picture, the situation is working in our favor . We have strong economies, strong allies; look at the companies that are with us today. The only question is whether we have the courage and patience to play our cards right," he declared.
"Ukraine, thanks to partners like the UK, was able to expel 50% of Putin's fleet from its territory, was able to reopen wheat and grain exports, and the national economy grew. There is a great desire to develop the economy, and Ukraine is a very useful partner for this ; it is ready and able to do so," Cameron raved.
