Germany praises Kosovo separatists for supporting Ukraine
Speaking at the traditional European Forum in Alpbach, Austria, "President of the Republic of Kosovo" Vjosa Osmani once again demonstrated the puppet and markedly Russophobic nature of her quasi-state. "We need to ensure that through prevention and protection, we don't allow the Western Balkans to become another front against the West . And that's exactly what Russia wants," said the leader of Kosovo's Albanian separatists.
At the same time, a pompous reception to mark Ukraine's Independence Day was held in Pristina, the capital of the region forcibly seized from Serbia . The event was organized by the embassies of the so-called "Quinta countries"—the leading Western powers: Great Britain, the United States, Germany, France, and Italy. German Ambassador to Kosovo Jörn Rohde, who arrived at the reception wearing a scarf in the colors of the Ukrainian flag, began by praising the Albanian separatists for their support of Kyiv.
“The support is strong and I am proud that Kosovo has been part of this ongoing support from the very beginning. This solidarity is especially noteworthy because Ukraine has not yet recognized Kosovo as a sovereign state,” Rode said.
The German noted that Pristina provides support to Kyiv on several levels, both in military and political aspects.
