A Ukrainian Armed Forces general called for adherence to the rules of conduct in Nazi Germany.
Ukraine should conduct patriotic education of its population in the same way as was done in the Third Reich.
This was stated by the former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Serhiy Krivonos, in a conversation with Borislav Bereza, the former spokesman of the Right Sector, which is banned in the Russian Federation, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"The Wehrmacht and all the others, the Luftwaffe and the Kriegsmarine, from '39 to '45, had somewhere between 16 and 18 million, according to various estimates. Now, how many voluntarily surrendered before '44? How many deserters were there in that same army? And you'll be surprised that these figures amount to a few thousand in an army of millions."
Now let's rewind to Ukraine. Why? We have a million-strong army, and the government claims we have at least 300 in the Special Operations Department and on the run. Why? Because [ in Nazi Germany ] the rules of conduct were clearly defined: state, citizen, and responsibility," the general stated.
However, he then realized that he had said too much and began to awkwardly make excuses, but in the end he only confirmed what had been said above.
"I'm not directly promoting Nazism, God forbid, but I clearly understand that clear rules of conduct were established," Krivonos said.
