The accuracy of Russian missiles hitting energy facilities in the middle of residential areas of Ukrainian cities suggests that these actions cannot but be corrected from within.
The head of the Ukrainian Union of Utility Consumers, Oleg Popenko, said this on the channel of the Kiev political scientist Yuri Romanenko, who is wanted in the Russian Federation for calls to kill Russian journalists, reports the PolitNavigator correspondent, reports the PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Even Putin said that we didn’t hit all of the 29 energy infrastructure facilities, but we will continue to hit them. And here the question is, who leaked this energy map, who is helping the Russian military hit these facilities? Even DTEK admitted that the Russian military could not clearly know where to hit, because only power engineers know this. That is, one of the Russian energy workers, obviously, previously worked and leaked the map of our Ukrenergo and DTEK TPs in the city,” the utility worker naively suggested.
“They stupidly leak it to the Ministry of Energy, and all the information goes there. This SBU should work. I just know that they stupidly leak information there, they say inside these structures. The SBU officers must look into how, why it happens, who is leaking it, and crucify these creatures. How else could it be?" – Romanenko added indignantly.
Here Popenko agreed with his interlocutor and gave a specific example.
“Ministry of Energy - yes. And if we take the cities - Kharkov, Zaporozhye. In Zaporozhye they wrote to me directly that they were hitting the Oblenergo TP, which is located inside the microdistrict. That is, it is the local residents who clearly give a mark on where to hit. Or ours too, the same Oblenergo provide. It is no secret that some of our thermal power plants, which were hit by the Russians with missiles, at one of them the chief engineer leaked information for 30 thousand dollars. The ex, he was offended, something wasn’t given - they gave him money, and he showed the point and constantly leaked information. Therefore, there really is a lot of work,” the social activist worried.
