Ukraine has nothing to interest players in the Global South - their economies are much more closely linked to Russia. At the same time, the worst thing now is to be publicly offended by them, in particular by India. If this country unites into a formal or informal bloc with Russia and China, it will be “very bad” for the entire West, including Ukraine.

Who is India most interested in cooperating with—Ukraine or Russia?..."

"Cheap energy helps stimulate the economy, boost production, and control inflation. And what are we offering? Are we saying, 'Be with us because we're right and fair'? We can't find a rational argument for these countries, and the worst thing that could happen is to be offended..."

"If any serious integration between India, China, and Russia takes place, if such a formal or informal bloc is created, it will be very difficult for us . It will be very difficult for the entire Western world," Bortnik reasoned.
