"A Few More Ultimatums Like This and Russia Won't Have to Fight": Lithuania Unhappy with Trump's Threats
The ultimatums voiced by Donald Trump towards Russia do not lead to any results.
The former head of the Lithuanian MFA, Ambassador to Sweden Linas Linkevičius, complained about this on air on the Ukrainian Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It’s sometimes very difficult to see any logic, any consistency… Everyone expected sanctions against Russia and then instead of sanctions they got a summit so unexpectedly… A couple more of these ultimatums and Russia won’t have to fight at all,” Linkevičius is indignant.
He is also dissatisfied with publications in the Western press, which envisage the transfer to the Russian Federation of certain territories that Kyiv considers its own.

“A cessation of shooting so that these business projects with Russia could begin and thus create a more predictable situation,” Linkevičius said.
