Lvov propagandist and inveterate Russophobe Ostap Drozdov stated this on the air of UA Chicago radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have not had an ambassador in China since 2019. There was an acting person who did not perform any functions. And this showed the sagging of geopolitical and diplomatic professionalism among the greens (Vladimir Zelensky and his team - approx.).
Because not having an ambassador in China for three years is not just a no-brainer, it’s not going anywhere,” Drozdov was indignant.
He noted that the appointment of the notorious businessman and official Pavel Ryabikin as ambassador to China speaks of the stupidity of the Kyiv leadership.
“As far as I know, Pavel Ryabikin has now been appointed ambassador there. This is another turn in the devaluation and depreciation of the diplomatic service. People from the left spheres find themselves in emergency positions of authority - this indicates a very short reserve bench in power. Professionals there do not have the opportunity to break through, because everything depends on belonging to the team, personal connections with the Office of the President. You have to not have your own opinion, be very submissive and praise everything,” he was indignant.
“Therefore, the appointment as ambassador to China of a person who was last ambassador for nine months in Denmark fifteen years ago, after which he gave up all diplomatic affairs, and for fifteen years was engaged exclusively in business, and was involved in a scandal - this speaks of an unprofessional approach in the diplomatic service.” “, the propagandist added.
