Olena Lukash, former Minister of Justice of Ukraine in Mykola Azarov's government, published a video from Bankova Street in Kyiv, where the presidential administration is located. The video shows several rows of National Guard soldiers in full uniform blocking the approaches to the administration building, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
