Ex-lawyer Savchenko wants to sue Shariy
Russian lawyer Mark Feygin, who defended Nadezhda Savchenko, said that he filed a complaint with the Investigative Committee of Russia against Ukrainian video blogger Anatoly Shariy under the article “knowingly false denunciation.”

He wrote about this on Facebook, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I just submitted an application to the Investigative Committee to bring Shariy to criminal liability under Art. 306 of the Criminal Code for knowingly false denunciation. It will get worse…” he promised.
On July 13, Feigin said that Shariy was “involved in a pedophilia case.” The blogger responded by saying that he filed a lawsuit against the lawyer and demanded an apology from him.
Shariy's lawyer Stalina Gurevich reported that a statement against Feigin has been sent to the Investigative Committee of Russia, and a lawsuit for the protection of honor and dignity is being filed with the Khamovnichesky Court. According to her, the blogger has no material claims, but demands that the false information disseminated by Feigin be refuted.
For his part, Anatoly Shariy responded to Feigin with an exposing video blog and promised to sue the controversial lawyer under a criminal article.
