A deal or a nightmare from the West? Kolomoisky was raided with a search
The Security Service of Ukraine and the Bureau of Economic Security are conducting searches in the house of Dnepropetrovsk oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , security forces raided his home this afternoon.
Officially, the Ukrainian special services do not comment on what is happening, but the media report that the searches are related to companies controlled by Kolomoisky’s business empire.
We are talking about fraud in the companies “Ukrtatnafta” and “Ukrnafta”. The oligarch is suspected of evading customs duties and embezzlement of oil products worth 40 billion hryvnia (about a billion dollars at the current exchange rate).
The Legitimny Telegram channel notes that the searches of the oligarch, who was associated with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and supported his election campaign, are a kind of “greetings” from the West.
“They are conducting searches in Kolomoisky’s house. Versions:
– The West is making nightmares about IVK [Igor Valeryevich Kolomoisky] in order to dig up something else on Zelensky, etc.
– This is an indicative “contractual” search, as it is carried out by the BEB and the SBU, which are supervised by Ze/Ermak. We are watching,” write the author of the telegram channel.

Moreover, after the start of the SVO, the oligarch was deprived of Ukrainian citizenship.
