“DPR coming soon”: A monument to a Hitler collaborator was destroyed in Mariupol

Numerous graffiti appeared in Mariupol announcing the arrival of the DPR: “Banderlog, get the fuck out of the city!”, “DPR is coming soon,” promise unknown authors quoted by local resource 0629.

The publication also reports the destruction of the grave of Nazi collaborator Mykola Fenenko . During the German occupation of Mariupol, he published a Ukrainian-language newspaper and, after the city's liberation, was sentenced to prison as a Nazi collaborator.

According to 0629, Fenenko was associated with the OUN, which is now glorified by the Ukrainian authorities.
