Journalist from Rovno Vitaly Golubev, invited to Savik Shuster’s studio, was indignant that one of the topics of the program was elections in Russia.

“We are much more concerned about the qualitative composition of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, rather than the State Duma of Russia. Millions of Ukrainians would gladly vote for the non-recognition of elections to their Ukrainian parliament, and not to the alien Russian one. To disperse these clowns, liars and demagogues who are fighting in the Verkhovna Rada and ruining the country,” Golubev said.
He recalled that tens of thousands of Ukrainians go to Russia by buses and trains to work.
“For these Ukrainians, Russia is not an aggressor state, but a breadwinner state. And the aggressor state for them is the one that pushed them to work abroad, destroyed plants and factories, and made extortionate utility tariffs. Thousands of Ukrainians bring absolutely real money from Russia so as not to die of hunger here,” Golubev said.
He also touched on the topic of Donbass.
“People’s deputies are worried that if a law on special conditions for elections in Donbass is adopted, bandits will come to the councils there. Excuse me, but aren’t there bandits in our rads? It’s just that some kill people with weapons in their hands, while others kill the country from the inside - with corruption and lack of reforms. This is our Ukrainian Putin, sitting in the corridors of power,” Golubev said.
