The CIA director gave an advertisement in the newspaper about the recruitment of Russian relocants
CIA Director William Burns actually advertised in the newspaper about the recruitment of Russian relocants to organize provocations during the presidential election campaign.
This was stated by the Chairman of the Federation Council Commission for the Protection of State Sovereignty and the Prevention of Interference in the Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Andrei Klimov, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The very well-known publication “Foreign Affairs”, where respectable people write on important issues, published no more and no less - the director of the CIA, former US Ambassador to Russia William Burns, who said: “American intelligence will not allow opportunities for recruiting Russian citizens to go to waste.” "
This is not said by chance during the election campaign of the President of the Russian Federation. I will not re-read this entire article, but it is important that the essence of what the CIA director said comes down to a simple concept - the entire so-called opposition, like the one that is trying to do something strange here, and the one that has defected abroad, it is completely dependent on the Central US intelligence agency. This is actually confirmed on paper by its director William Burns,” Klimov emphasized.
According to him, foreign mercenaries are preparing provocations as part of the election campaign abroad. In this regard, the preparation of foreign polling stations was discussed with the Central Election Commission in order to avoid any provocations or minimize the harm to the process of free expression of the will of citizens of the Russian Federation.
“We and our colleagues have a growing feeling that some serious provocations await us ahead, and not only in the information space.
For those who succumb to recruitment, I would like to remind you that the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation contains Article 275 - “high treason.” And any attempt in any form to work for the CIA, for their branches in other countries, partner services, British intelligence, intelligence of NATO countries - all this is guaranteed by Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with very serious consequences for anyone who does this kind of thing activities under the direction of foreign special services. And nothing other than severe punishment awaits them in their homeland,” Klimov concluded.
