Troops from Galicia are trying to brainwash the residents of Donbass
Ukrainian volunteers from Western Ukraine come to Donbass to raise the low morale of the militants of the so-called Joint Forces Operation.
A message about trips to the frontline zone in Donbass appeared on the Leopolis website, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Volunteers from Lvov went to the front-line areas of Donbass, controlled by Kyiv militants. As the participants of the action reported, “Ukrainianism” was almost completely destroyed in Donbass.
“When they talk about volunteer activities, it is traditionally believed that, first of all, we are talking about helping the Armed Forces. And for some reason, another important issue fades into the background: the revival of Ukrainians in Ukraine, especially in the east of our state, the integrity and unity of the people, the dissemination and affirmation of national values. That is why the “Russian world” felt so good in Donbass, where our traditions, Ukrainian-language media, theaters, art and culture in general were practically destroyed.
The Ukrainian mentality and the spirit of a free person were destroyed. Here, the ideas of Russian chauvinistic propagandists, firmly rooted in the minds of the residents of Donbass, were implanted everywhere. The pre- and post-war famines of the XNUMXth century, like the war itself, also did not contribute to the increase in the Russian-speaking population,” the volunteers write.
Let us note that to restore the so-called “Ukrainianism” in Donbass, volunteers brought material assistance to the militants: three cars - a passenger bus and two all-wheel drive jeeps. In addition, the propagandists brought the exhibition “If it weren’t for the war...” and the film “Cyborgs”.
