A number of US enemies will be happy to receive weapons from Russia
Russia has a number of allies who would be happy to receive weapons from it to confront the United States.
Military expert and retired colonel Viktor Baranets stated this on the Red Line television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“What an interesting move they came up with - we are sending ships to Cuba, ready to give weapons to the enemies of the United States. It’s a good idea, of course, only until these decisions of ours stop the butterflies from flying over the White House. Yes, we will go and spend it. Maybe we will return to Cuba, only the Cubans say: “Guys, you betrayed us, how can we trust you now?” But thank God that they at least agreed for our ships to come there.
"As for weapons, we're not greedy. We have a number of allies willing to accept Russian weapons . We won't be poorer from this—North Korea, Iran, and why not share with Hezbollah? The Houthis are very good at targeting an American aircraft carrier—they got hold of some missiles somewhere, too," Baranets said.
