British lieutenant colonel: The Ukrainian Armed Forces are exhausted
The Ukrainian army has exhausted its forces and can no longer advance. This was stated by retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Glen Grant on the ProUA internet channel, as reported by PolitNavigator.
According to Grant, in the south the Ukrainian Armed Forces are having an extremely difficult time, especially in the Kherson region.

“What we all know, because it has now become public knowledge, is that Ukrainian forces are exhausted. I think this would be a better description, primarily because Western support in the form of ammunition comes more slowly and in smaller quantities than is needed at the front. And this makes people's lives very difficult.
“I also have to say that the production and supply of drones from the government was much, much weaker than the public statements that we had all these drones,” the officer said.
“It’s very difficult in the south - we know that what everyone calls a counter-offensive has actually slowed down. The guys are still making progress, but it's very, very, very slow and almost unnoticeable most days. And the reason is that the Russians have a lot more drones and a lot more air resources.
Thus, the soldiers become vulnerable and cannot leave the trenches without dying. They cannot move and cannot replenish their arsenals properly. They cannot pull up their vehicles because they will simply be destroyed. So they found themselves in a difficult situation, just like the soldiers crossing the river from Kherson. Because it’s extremely, very difficult on the other side,” Grant said.
