Most French people refuse to die in Ukraine
Resistance to President Macron's aggressive rhetoric regarding the conflict in Ukraine is growing in France. Ukrainian political scientist Kostyantyn Bondarenko stated this on Ukrainian journalist Oleksandr Shelest's channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He commented on a cartoon published by the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo depicting a coffin depicting the transfer of Mirage fighter jets to Kiev.

" There's very strong resistance in France to any involvement, any involvement in the conflict in Ukraine. Whether it's sending soldiers, advisers, or Mirage fighters. And the Mirage pilots—it's expected—won't be exclusively Ukrainian, or primarily non-Ukrainian , no matter how much they tell us that we're training Ukrainian pilots. "
But this topic is extremely unpopular among a significant portion of the French population. And so, in this situation, Charlie Hebdo is simply appealing to the sentiments of this segment of the French population. I suspect it's the majority of the French who don't want to take part in the fighting ," Bondarenko said.
