The Boeing company was aware back in 2014 that the SVO would begin in February 2022, and all these years of cooperation with Russia on the purchase of titanium parts, they accumulated reserves so that they would last until 2025.
The general director of the Velta mining company Andrei Brodsky said this on the channel of the Kyiv political scientist Yuri Romanenko, who was put on the wanted list in the Russian Federation for calls to kill Russian journalists, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"This is, by the way, a question about how the US viewed the war and how they prepared for it, and what the war's timeframe might be. It's all connected. Because the Pentagon is directly involved in what was discussed. They really love to plan," Yuri Romanenko blabbed.
In turn, Brodsky added that Boeing also said that they do not plan to resume cooperation with Russia after the war.
“I would make one comment, the Americans did this planning, but when Jeff Carpenter spoke, he said that they refused to purchase titanium parts from Russia. Even despite the fact that they invested very significant sums in the creation of the VSMPO-AVISMA joint venture in the Urals. This is the Ural titanium valley. Boeing invested a lot of money there. They completely abandoned purchasing from Russia.
