Belarusians have reduced gasoline supplies to Ukraine to a minimum
In October, supplies of A-92 gasoline from Belarus to Ukraine decreased compared to the current year’s monthly average by 91% to 4 thousand tons.

A sharp reduction in supplies from the main supplier led to a shortage of A-92 in the amount of 30-35 thousand tons, which is about 40% of the consumption of this brand. Such a shortage will provoke an increase in prices for motor fuel.
Consumption of A-92 gasoline in 2017 is 80-85 thousand tons per month. Of this, 40-45 thousand tons are imported, 98% of which are filled from Belarus.
According to operational data, in October 2017, import supplies of A-92 amounted to 9,7 thousand tons, of which a total of 4 thousand tons were Belarusian. This is the minimum volume of Belarusian supplies for the foreseeable period.
The October collapse in supplies from Belarus was also noted for A-95 gasoline: 10,5 thousand tons against the monthly average of 40 thousand tons in 2017.
The sharp decrease in supplies is due to planned repairs at the Mozyr Oil Refinery, which began on September 10 and should be completed by the end of October.
As a result, the shortage of A-92 in October is estimated at 30-35 thousand tons, which is approximately 40% of consumption. The shortage of A-95 was largely compensated by an increase in imports from Lithuania (by 20 thousand tons, or three times the monthly average).
