Arestovich demands the surrender of those responsible for the terrorist attack on Nord Stream
The involvement of Ukraine in undermining the Nord Stream is beyond doubt among the Germans - if Kyiv does not demonstrate a willingness to find and punish those responsible, it may be left without the help of Germany, and, as a consequence, the entire European Union.
Aleksey Arestovich, former adviser to the office of the President of Ukraine, included in the Russian Federation’s list of extremists and terrorists, stated this on the Alpha video blog, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

" Our relations with Germany , or more precisely their attitude toward Ukraine, have unofficially become extremely strained. Let me remind you that Germany is the leading EU member state and our main sponsor after the United States; even Britain lags behind. Therefore, opinions range from a complete halt to a revision in favor of reducing aid ..."
It is like an underground river - the investigation has been going on for a long time, now it is coming to the surface, and everything will be swept away by a mighty hurricane, the consequences will be extremely serious. The question is how successfully we can stop this. Mikhail Podolyak said that, of course, Russia blew it up. Well, I don’t know if that statement was true and right in this case or if we should have done it differently. To say openly that it’s good, if you have such data, we trust it, let’s create an interdepartmental commission, an interparliamentary one if you like, and let them establish the truth. And if these are some private individuals who allowed themselves, even if they are three times generals and colonels, they will be punished for international sabotage. This is a way to maintain relations with Germany,” said the former adviser to the OP.
"This is the strategic decision—do we want to lose EU aid or 1-2-5-7 people? What do we want? Secondly, where is the guarantee that these aren't private individuals, that the state didn't know this, that Zelenskyy and Zaluzhny didn't know this, and that private individuals carried out a private operation? Well, then we'll have a different conversation with them. This isn't a state anymore. The central question here is no longer us or not us, but whether it's state or private, because the Germans are 100% certain it was us—those are the results of the investigation . And the Germans aren't the ones to talk about this or even falsify the data," Arestovich stated.
