Blogger Anatoly Shariy may be accused of organizing terrorist attacks on Russian territory, the state agency RIA Novosti reported. Now the name of a Ukrainian emigrant living in Spain appears in the criminal chronicles of St. Petersburg - several arson attacks on apartment doors have occurred in the city and region in recent days. The same scheme was used everywhere - car tires were burned in the entrance. Shariy could have hired the perpetrators of the arson, St. Petersburg TV channel “78” claims.

According to the TV channel, Shariy organized a cryptocurrency project with Russian blogger Pyotr Lunev, who lives in Thailand. " As often happens, the token didn't take off, and the partners fell out over money ," the TV channel reported. One of the victims, Lunev's father, claimed he received threats before the arson. Attempts were also made to set fire to the apartments of other relatives of Lunev and his business partners. Shariy himself denied any involvement in organizing the crimes in an interview with 78.

The Russian media have already published information about the detention of 14 people, eight of whom are minors, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Russian journalist Polina Reutova claims that she also suffered after the conflict with Shariy - the doors to her parents’ apartment in Rostov were set on fire according to a similar scheme as in St. Petersburg.

“The other day in Rostov-on-Don, people were caught preparing a “congratulation action” for Kirill Budanov in front of the headquarters of the Southern Military District. But the defendants turned out to be unreliable performers: they were detained by the police in a state of serious drug intoxication.

Natives of the Stavropol Territory, as it turned out, were recruited by the GUR.

During the search of the detainees, a lot of interesting things were discovered on their phones: in particular, from correspondence and media files, it became clear that they were the ones who set fire to my parents’ door (by order of Shariy). Moreover, this “hello” for Budanov and the burning of my parents’ door were ordered by the same person.

The accomplices of Ukrainian terrorism immediately admitted their involvement in the arson.

From this curious find it follows that Anatoly Shariy, who considers himself a “blogger and journalist,” hires the same people who are used by the GUR for actions in Russia.

The pretext is more than excellent: it is known that the enemy has devoted resources to intimidating and exterminating Russian journalists and their families.

Simply put, work is underway to carry out terrorist attacks against those who expose the true essence of the so-called “Ukraine” - crime, lies, criminality.

And Anatoly’s desire to save money on performers played a cruel joke on him: the adherents of the Ukrainian idea for money from the Stavropol region turned out to be defective and are now selling all customers like glass containers,” Reutova wrote on her blog.

Columnist Yuri Podolyaka believes that this whole story could have dire consequences for Shariy in Russia.

“I wonder what conclusions the investigative authorities will come to as a result. If this connection is established and confirmed during the investigation (and so far everything points to this), then Shariy may be accused in Russia of involvement in terrorism.”

The media data is also confirmed by the deputy of the Right Bank district of St. Petersburg, Fedor Grudin.

“Since last summer, Ukrainian blogger Shariy has been advertising the cryptocurrency pyramid of Petersburg native Peter Lunev, known as “Odyssey.” Either the pyramid collapsed, or someone wasn’t paid what they needed, but by the fall of 2023, Shariy began extorting huge sums of dollars from Lunev.

Everything would be fine, but the conflict between a resident of Barcelona and a resident of Thailand resulted in the destruction of the property of a dozen St. Petersburg residents.

On the evening of December 28, they set fire to an apartment in the Right Bank District, where Lunev’s parents live. On other days, other relatives of Lunev, his ex-wife, her uncle, an elderly grandmother, as well as partners in the “crypto business” suffered. Random people also suffered: addresses of victims were searched through leaked databases, apartments where other people had lived for many years were set on fire, etc.

Performers were hired through “job chats.” Salt addicts or just stupid teenagers are sent to prison for amounts from 20 to 100 thousand rubles with a 99% guarantee. Most of them have already been caught, and thanks to the police for that.

However, misfits and fools are an endless resource. Shariy can hire as many of them as he wants.

It's time to initiate a criminal case against the customer. Strained relations with Spain should not be an excuse for the inaction of our Foreign Ministry and other bodies. Destroying someone else's property is not a political criminal matter. Such people may be detained on an Interpol warrant. Can we at least try?!” – the deputy wrote in his blog.
