According to the publication, Vladimir Zelensky should contribute to the development of the investigation opened in Ukraine against Trump’s rival in the presidential race, Joe Biden. It is also reported that the review of military assistance to Ukraine was an attempt to blackmail the Ukrainian leader, and Biden’s party members were behind the recent appeal of Congress to Trump demanding the resumption of military assistance to Kyiv.
Trump's personal lawyer Rudolph Giuliani, who met with a close associate of the Ukrainian president, allegedly advised the newly elected government to reopen the investigation against Joe Biden and his son.
