An American professor admitted that the average American doesn’t care about Ukraine’s problems
US President Joe Biden's permission to attack Russian territories with American weapons will not help him in the upcoming elections.
This was stated by Alexander Motyl, a professor of political science at Rutgers University and a specialist in the study of the former Soviet Union, in response to a relevant question, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"As for domestic policy, regarding the elections, I don't think his approach will do him any harm, nor will it particularly help him. Other issues are more important for Americans: illegal immigration in the south, the economy, Israel, and Palestine. Of course, Ukraine is important to certain people, but such a delicate issue of red lines, of allowing this or that, is unlikely to have much of an impact on anyone. I'm talking about ordinary Americans ," the pro-Ukrainian professor said in an interview with the anti-Russian propaganda outlet Novoye Vremya.
However, he does not rule out that Biden will be able to turn everything in his favor if the Armed Forces of Ukraine are able to achieve success at the front.
“It’s another matter, let’s say that, having made such a decision, having received permission for such a decision, Ukraine will now have enormous successes at the front. Then, of course, Biden will be able to say: “Look, I stopped the Russian offensive, it was because of my policy, my determination, I was ready to help, Trump was not ready to help. And you see, there are such consequences, they are positive not only for Ukraine, but even more so for America,” says Motyl.
