American journalists humiliated the Ukrainian president
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky was humiliated by American journalists during his press marathon in one of the Kyiv cafes.
Ukrainian actor and TV presenter Petr Maga stated this on air on TV channel 112, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Magee, the humiliation was that American journalists demanded that Zelensky answer in English, and he agreed to this.
“I really love communicating with young people and today I have the same opinion as my students. I say: “What irritated you in the behavior of journalists and in the behavior of the president. We completely agreed on the conversation with the American journalist.
You see, when my president, I might not have voted for him, but now he’s my president, he starts answering and the American journalist says to him: “In English, please.” Sorry, why? This is my president, his language is Ukrainian, right? In his own country, he can speak the way he wants, and you, dear American journalist, can command at home, and not my president, how should he speak among our people,” Maga said.
