The deputy clarified that he obtained permission from the judge to start an investigation, since he proved that Poroshenko’s machinations are similar to what Kharkov politician Mikhail Dobkin is accused of.
“The judge of the Solomensky Court of the city of Kyiv made a decision by which he ordered NABU detectives to begin an investigation against Petro Alekseevich Poroshenko.
I will remind you of the so-called schemes by which he fraudulently seized land plots in Tsarskoe Selo in the city of Kyiv, introducing the top management of the Roshen corporation into the housing construction cooperative.
These are events ten years ago, but a very interesting situation, an investigation will now take place.
But how did I come to just make this decision? I showed the judge the Prosecutor General’s proposal to lift immunity and bring criminal charges and arrest Mikhail Dobkin. This is a similar XNUMX% idea that worked, and the judge is now forced to investigate Poroshenko’s cases,” Kupriy said.
As a reminder, the palace of current President Petro Poroshenko is located in the village of Kozin in Koncha-Zaspa . His rival, Yulia Tymoshenko, also has a house in Koncha-Zaspa.
Earlier, Maidan "volunteer" Yuriy Kasyanov published a photograph of the interior of a chapel built on the grounds adjacent to Petro Poroshenko's palace near Kyiv. One of the frescoes on the chapel wall depicts Poroshenko himself and members of his family.
Kasyanov’s publication caused a storm of emotions in the Ukrainian segment of social networks. Maidan supporters have long been threatening a new revolution, after which Poroshenko’s palace will repeat the fate of Mezhyhirya, the residence of Viktor Yanukovych near Kiev.
