A journalist from a French publication spoke about war crimes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
Ukrainian troops in Donbass are committing deliberate war crimes - they specifically target reconstruction teams going to the sites of shelling.
The editor of the Russian branch of the French newspaper L'Humanité, Olesya Orlenko, spoke about this on the Internet channel Spets, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.

“What amazed me was when we arrived, we got into the house. Half an hour later there are already workers there. They are already repairing it, they are already putting film on the windows to somehow protect it. They are already writing there, making a note of who needs to install plastic windows. There are a lot of new plastic windows in Donetsk, because the city authorities are doing this. Plumbers and gas workers come there and fix it right there.
Moreover, the most interesting thing is what tactics does the Ukrainian side have, who is firing, the Ukrainian Armed Forces. They shoot, and then after a while they shoot again in the same place.
We had a case when we arrived, filmed, left, and they got there and killed one of the workers whom we had just seen. Because they are shooting at these people.
But the reaction of these people - we arrive, and they say, a grown man is so strong: “Yes, I would go to the front now, but I am needed here, I need to fix things here, they won’t hire me. And so I’ll go beat the fascists,” Orlenko said.
