Donetsk, October 22 (PolitNavigator, Sergey Rulev) – A resident of the city of Snezhnoye, Donetsk region, appealed to Russian citizens with a request to help her 3-year-old son, who is rapidly losing his sight. The boy and his mother remain in the territory controlled by the DPR; her husband was recently killed. The family has no money for expensive treatment. There are currently no benefits for a disabled child from Donbass when receiving treatment in the Russian Federation - even the first appointment will cost about 3000 rubles.
