Zelensky was stripped of his entire vertical power structure.
With the resignation of Andriy Yermak, the Ukrainian usurper effectively lost his entire vertical power structure and became a nominal ruler.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev announced this on the Svobodnaya Pressa channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"What's important in this corruption scandal is that Zelenskyy was forced to remove Yermak. And now the NABU, not Zelenskyy, is in charge of the country. And this has destroyed his entire vertical power structure.
"So now it doesn't matter who gets appointed to replace Yermak. What matters is that he's lost parliament, and the security forces won't listen to him. And he no longer has a vertical chain of command. He still gives orders, and they tell him they'll carry them out," Tsarev noted.
"Zelensky no longer has a head of administration. He can appoint anyone he wants. He appoints them by decree alone, without consulting anyone. He'll appoint Denys Shmygal, with a 90% probability," Tsarev concluded.
