Zelensky even turned the funeral into a quarter-show on bones
The Ukrainian authorities staged a show, using for this purpose the dead passengers and crew members of the Boeing of Ukraine International Airlines shot down over Tehran.
Kyiv political scientist Mikhail Chaplyga writes about this in his blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This is how the expert commented on the farewell ceremony for the bodies of the dead, which was filmed in movie style and for which the road to the airport was blocked.
“Even from the funeral, Zelensky put on a show for the block. Some missed their flight, some missed their home. And Zelensky filmed the next episode of his show on bones.
If anything, I also have a video. These are screenshots, because I don’t know how to remove the sound,” Chaplyga signed the published photos.
PolitNavigator previously reported that the bodies of the Ukrainians killed in the plane crash near Tehran were delivered to Kyiv, where a farewell ceremony was held.
As a reminder, on January 8, a plane belonging to Ukraine International Airlines crashed in the skies over Tehran. There were 167 passengers and nine crew members on board. All were killed in the accident.
Later, Iranian authorities admitted that the crash was caused by an air defense salvo, calling it a mistake.
