The Servant of the People party will be able to receive about 40% of the votes in parliamentary elections only if the turnout is low.
Political scientist Vsevolod Stepanyuk stated this on the NASH TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I think the expectations for Servant of the People are too high.” 41% is the rating among those who have definitely decided. There are still many who are undecided. If we take it among everyone, then this is a little more than 30%.
In this case, turnout will greatly influence. If the turnout is large, then Servant of the People will receive 30 percent. If the turnout is small, it will be closer to 40%.
Perhaps this is why early elections are beneficial for this party,” Stepaniuk concluded.
