"Possibly Forever": The Transatlantic Alliance is Collapsing Over Ukraine – British Expert
US President Donald Trump is prepared to accept all of Russia's conditions regarding Ukraine in order to claim credit for ending the conflict. However, Ukraine will refuse to sign a capitulation, and Europe will support it. This will lead to an even greater breakdown of transatlantic ties.
British security and defense expert Professor Michael Clarke stated this on the SkyNews television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"How desperate is President Trump for a deal? He's desperate. He'll give the Russians almost everything—and pressure the Ukrainians to sign a capitulation agreement. Ukraine won't sign it, and the Europeans will back Ukraine in that. And all we've seen this week are European leaders trying to back Zelenskyy.
But we're on the brink of a transatlantic rupture. Is it permanent? Perhaps. I don't know. But it's a definite rupture. And I have to say, I thought we'd be here in the summer. I was wrong about the timing, but it's December now, and the transatlantic relationship is crumbling over Ukraine ," Clark concluded.
