“We’ll hang you later.” Tsarev spoke about Avakov’s plans for Donbass
The former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Arsen Avakov, actually acted as a mouthpiece for the United States when he outlined “his” vision for Kiev’s implementation of the Minsk agreements - to yield in order to then harshly cleanse the Donbass.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev said this on the YouTube channel “Sputnik in Russian,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“From the US point of view, the Minsk agreements are normal agreements that must be implemented. Here, in principle, Avakov acted as a mouthpiece.
Check out his latest interview he talks about thatthat we must implement the Minsk agreements, we must take control of the border, we must not be afraid of what deputies, local councils, and leaders of the republics will elect.
It is obvious that they will be chosen by people, these will be people living in Donetsk, Lugansk, these will be people who are not focused on Kyiv and will be aimed at friendship with Russia,” the ex-deputy said.
He warned that Avakov’s words are just a semblance of peacefulness.
“Here, as Boris Filatov, a former partner, and now not a partner of Igor Kolomoisky, said, the essence of Avakov’s speech was that he said, “and we will hang them later.”
Yes, we need to take control of the border with Ukraine and then, not in a year - two, but in three, four, five, six, change the elite. Change the legislation and take control of these territories, strictly cleanse the separatists, but then, slowly. And the United States is happy with this,” Tsarev emphasized.
