Many Ukrainians try to get into prison instead of the TCC because it is safer there and the conditions are better.
Former Zelenskyy team member and former Verkhovna Rada Speaker Dmytro Razumkov made this statement on the Politeka video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
