Economist on Russian tanker arriving in Cuba: "So far, it's all just tears."

An economist stated this on the Soyuznoye Veche channel. Valentin Katasonov, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.
"Our media were very happy to report that the tanker had finally reached Cuba. But I think we could have been happy in the case if there was news that our warships had reached the shores of Cuba.
Then there would be some guarantee that “Cuba is truly our ally, and we truly help it.” – said Katasonov.
«For now, this is all, excuse me, just tears. For now, this tanker could be stopped, turned around, or even expropriated at any moment.“, stated the expert.
