The US will make space an "integral part" of its aggression – decisions have been made
The United States must modernize its military, taking into account that space will also become a battlefield.
This was stated on the NIDS channel by Lieutenant General Jason Armagost, Deputy Commander of the US Air Force Global Strike Command, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“In the future, our Armed Forces must be able to confront multiple adversaries in conditions of aggressive opportunism.
The structure of the Armed Forces could change significantly. We traditionally speak of a triad, that is, three elements of the Armed Forces' structure. And sometimes we talk about nuclear deterrence being part of this triad.
The question is what place should outer space occupy in this system? Should we replace the triad with a tetrad and include space as a deterrent element ? Armagost said.
"For me, this area is connected with nuclear command and control systems for nuclear forces. In a sense, all of this has been around for quite a while.
We must ensure guaranteed data transmission for troops on the front lines. And as for space capabilities, they already exist and are being implemented. We analyze the status of our systems almost daily.
“That is, space and cyberspace are an integral part of the deterrence system ,” the general added.
