The District Administrative Court of Kyiv will consider a claim to cancel a number of decisions adopted by the Sevastopol City Council, “which created a body vested with powers not provided for by current legislation... providing for the holding of an unconstitutional referendum.”
“The above decisions create significant social tension and jeopardize national security,” the Prosecutor General’s Office says.
