As blogger Sergei Ivanov reported, unknown persons opened fire on them.
“The guy is 16 years old, his friend with whom they tried to plant the flag is 15. I learned a lot of interesting details. For example, the police had to be called to the scene several times - “they stupidly hung up,” as Bogdan says. The squad arrived only after 45 minutes,” said the blogger, citing one of the participants in the incident, Bogdan Dmitriev.
Law enforcement officials talked to the people who opened fire, but have not yet provided official information.
